[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was our first top-loader washer in years. I love the soft close top. The buttons are easy to use and understand, and they have most of the features we'd need. I love the quick wash option since our last machine didn't have that. My only complaint would be there is no timer so we can't see how much time is left on the wash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love having no agitator for those large items like comforters, but my load did get too much for the machine even though the load was not large, but guess it was the weight that became off. It is quite loud.
