Needs fabric softener dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had it for two weeks and it takes some getting used to. It’s rather noisy, which I can deal with, but trying to use fabric softener with this machine is a no go. There needs to be a dispenser. Unless you’re standing watching for the whole cycle you don’t know when it will stop to put in the softener. And it needs a cycle that is just “rinse.” And, an instruction manual would be nice, even just the basics.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Solid machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was our first top-loader washer in years. I love the soft close top. The buttons are easy to use and understand, and they have most of the features we'd need. I love the quick wash option since our last machine didn't have that. My only complaint would be there is no timer so we can't see how much time is left on the wash.
