[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer works fine clothes come out clean. The only thing that I don't like is that no where do they tell you how much time each wash lasts. I keep forgetting to buy the Downey bowl for fabric softer so unless you Stand by the washer you don't know when to add the fabric softner!. That the only complaint that I have so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice see through lid.. My wife loves it and I’m tempted to use it even though I have never washed clothes before.

Gets the job done!

There are some features we didn’t realize this model did not have that we used a lot (fabric softener dispenser, timer, load size options) so we are missing those now. We got what we paid for.
