[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed. The worst part is that there are no instructions on how to use/add liquid softener. I’ve explored all Whirlpool sites and even talked to a rep. that offered no help, but sent me the same lacking manuals I already had.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When adding fabric softener to your washing machine, for machines that do not have a fabric softner dispenser, add the fabric softener during the rinse cycle to ensure even distribution. Avoid pouring fabric softener directly onto the clothes, as this can lead to spotting.

It does everything as expected really well and with no worries or concerns about performance! This is a great machine and the price was amazing! Definitely would recommend to everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] HAPPY WITH THE WASHER. PREVIOUS WASHER WAS ALSO A WHIRLPOOL. THIS ONE IS A LOT MORE OUIET THAN THE PREVIOUS, HOWEVER THERE ARE SOME FUNCTIONS I DONT CARE FOR, BUT THAT MAY JUST BE GETTING USED TO IT. OIIET

Very pleased with new washer

I already bought all new Whirlpool appliances for the kitchen, so I wanted to maintain that continuity. I've been very pleased with my new washer. It's quiet, efficient and works great! I also like being able to see into the tub through the glass top.

no good features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so disappointed that I hesitate to give it a 1 star. The washer dryer set came included in the purchase of our new home so I has no choice in models. Every time I wash sheets, everything balls up in one big lump and then get out of balance, causing horrible shake and noise. the washer ended up several inches away from the wall. After many failed attempts to pause the cycle, I have to shut the power completely down as I cannot open the lid. It is locked shut. Once power is off, I untangled the ball but hen had to start from the beginning and it happened again. Then I shut off again and tried to do a "Drain and Spin" and that only added more water and continued the wash cycle again. I want to return the pair and pay the difference for your tiop of the line and I gladly will pay the difference. Please help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size of the drum and the sleek look of the washer. I don’t really love how it washes slowly moving back and forth. Maybe I just have to get used to it but it seems weird to me.
