1- Unit is noisier than the replaced Cabrio model.
2- Very poor operating instructions
3- Very annoyed that this unit fails to provide an audio signal when the washing cycle has completed and ended.

Great for doing laundry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this machine to replace a GE machine that died after only 7 years of service. So far I am pleased with the operation. I have had no balance issues like I did with the GE. My items seem to be cleaner than the other machine as well. I have had whirlpool laundry machine in the past and they were sturdy machines. The operation of this machine is straight forward no big manual needed. The washer does what it is supposed to do, clean clothes well.

My Experience with the Whirlpool Washing Machine

2. I like that it washes a load quickly.
3. Don't like that I have to put detergent in the bottom of the washer BEFORE putting clothes in the washer.

Spin cycle saves money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy either way my new washer. We have had it a month now. The clothes come out so nice and the spin cycle completely gets rid of the excess water. This makes the dryer cycle for my dryer to be a lot less, saving time, energy and money!

Sleek design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer has a sleek design and some great features, especially the faucet option for pre-rinsing. However, I’ve noticed that clothes don’t always come out feeling fully clean, which is disappointing. One quirk with the faucet: if I run it and then press start, the machine drains that water and re-senses everything before refilling—adding extra time and wasting water. I also wish there were a dedicated slot for fabric softener. Right now, I have to pause the cycle to add it manually, which interrupts the flow and delays the wash.
