[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 2 weeks ago. I had a difficult time figuring out how long to press the on- pad to start the washer. If a use booklet had been included, I believe it would have been a big help. Also, I would have liked information about washing options. It seems to clean fine, but is noisy.

This washer does not have a dispenser for soap or fabric softener. I nor my wife noticed this. So that’s on us, but on whirlpool too. There is no operating manual provided, or online. That’s on Whirlpool. It’s is somewhat loud, We do like the faucet feature. It has a fabric softener button, but how does that work? Again, no manual
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Decision Made!

I don’t think any washing machine is quite, but this one runs without being a distraction. I enjoy the large bin allowing for more clothes to get thoroughly cleaned without wrapping around a protruding feature. The wash options are more than sufficient for my family!
