no place for fabric softener

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the whirlpool, the cycles. I AM DISAPPOINTED that there is NO CUP HOLDER OR PLACE TO ADD fabric softener. Who wants to pour fabric softener directly onto their clothes. The developers did not think of that!

Whirlpool washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and my washer doesn’t work, it completely skips the washer cycle. I have called and reached out to get someone to look at it and they said they have no appointments and someone form the energy team would reach out to me and I’ve yet to hear back! This has overall been a horrible experience consider this is the first washer i’ve bought for myself and it doesn’t it wash my clothes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
