Highly disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I d not like this washing machine at all! It is the loudest machine I have ever encountered. Ifincould take it back and get a more quiet machine that would be golden.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using my new washer for about 10 days now and I love it! My clothes are cleaner than my last. The impeller vs agitator is so nice. I throw stuff in without worrying about the balance due to its self balancing feature. Take clothes out without scraping my hand on the agitator. Love the pre soak option.

Whirlpool washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Whirlpool washer over a week ago and I'm not too happy with how the settings are displayed. I followed the brief instructions on how to operate the washer but it seems it has given me the run around on how to use it. I trusted the Whirlpool brand since my last whirlpool appliance washer/dryer never gave me any problems for the last 20 years. I hope it wont fail me this time.
