[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago to replace a similar one I’d had for years. The new one is great. I love the “no agitator” feature. The washer works great! I don’t quite understand the “need” (trend) of a see-through lid- but it isn’t a bad thing. Lots of PROs on this model - no agitator; not digital; not internet connected; large capacity; gets the job done. One CON: it’s not quiet at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No instruction book and nowhere to put fabric softener? No online instruction book either. No clock to tell how far you are in the wash cycle. It does wash clothes well so there’s that.

Super Quiet !

I purchased this washer to replace my 35 year old Whirlpool washer that was still working fine, but it was starting to vibrate on spin cycle. The only complaint I have on the purchase of the new one is that it did not come with a users manual to show me how to work all of the features. I had to look up how to use it on youtube.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having my other washing machine not taking all of the water out of machine when the clothes wer3 done and therefore they were very heavy with water and took forever to dry. Using the new washing machine they are almost dry when they come out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The touch pad options aren't what I wanted either but I guess I will adjust to it. At this point I'm stuck with it. Do to installation issues I didn't get to try it out until past the 48 hour return policy.
