Hope it lasts as long as my old Whirlpool!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this washer as a replacement for my previous machine which I had for 25 years! I like the new machine. It is quiet and very efficient; uses less water and is gentle on the clothes because it doesn't have an agitator. The sensor settings work well to balance the clothes. It is a little complicated to figure out all the settings (much more than my older machine) but I am having fun learning. It looks very nice in my laundry room.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Where is the User Manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The jury is out. We haven't used it long enough yet. Seems to work. Normal Cycle is quite long. There is no user manual to be had anywhere. There are safety warnings and installation info, but nothing anywhere about usage of the various settings. Trying to find it online will have you going in circles.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using my new washer for about 10 days now and I love it! My clothes are cleaner than my last. The impeller vs agitator is so nice. I throw stuff in without worrying about the balance due to its self balancing feature. Take clothes out without scraping my hand on the agitator. Love the pre soak option.
