Budget price, budget quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a very powerful spin, clothes are closer to wet than damp after cycle. No end of cycle chime. No detergent dispensers other than bleach. Bleach dispensor obviously does not empty completely by evidence of bleach stains on next load after using. A positive note is it does not waste water.

Poor quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Whirlpool because for the past 50 yrs I have owned this brand of products due to being the best washer and good quality. What I received from whirlpool is not the quality it once was and am disappointed. The first time I went to use it , it would not complete the whole cycle and it did drain some, but the clothes were full of water. Did it again and the machine would not spin or drain. Waiting on a tech to come out - oh they only have one and he called out the day I had a service call and am still waiting, goin on a week.
