Great experience and product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just recently purchased our new Whirlpool washer after our other Whirlpool washer that lasted 12 years until it started acting up. We are very pleased with our new washer and the professional install was on time and quick. We love the Whirlpool brand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer because I am of short stature, and it was the only washer in the store in which I could reach the bottom of the tub. It is slow, takes too long for a cycle, and there is no real spin cycle because it rinses again and that takes even longer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the absolute best washing machine I have used in over 10 years. I love how it determines the amount of water needed for every load. The faucet feature is great, and this unit is quiet and a pleasure to do laundry with. I even feel as that my clothes are cleaner and brighter. I love this energy efficient washer.

Very noisy, the lights on panel very light, and still cannot figure out where to put the liquid softener. The purchased kit was also too short for connection.
Thought I was safe with the Whirlpool name but again, disappointment.
