[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The instructions seem to be thorough, but neglect to say how long to hold down the start button.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this washer for 2 months now but I like it very much. The soak feature is nice because I use this alot. I just hope this washer lasts longer than my last one.

No place for the liquid fabric softener

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like everything about it except that there is no place to put the fabric softener and those downy balls are terrible. The reviews on the toss in pods are terrible. They leave a greasy film on the drum.

Bulky loads are a battle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 90% of the time I wash sheets, blankets or large items, it goes out of balance. I've tried multiple settings, including bulky items. I dread each Sunday (clean sheet Sunday), because I end up fighting it, with it. It restarts itself multiple times, usually to to no avail. I have also manually moved items around to even out the balance. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It was installed and set up for us. We have verified that it is level. Unfortunately I am about 7 weeks in to owning this washer, and if I had more money would replace it now.
Additionally, I wish I had paid closer attention to the features. It is minus two items my previous washer had: 1. Countdown timer so you would know how long before the next load can go in. 2. A buzzer indicating the load is done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
