[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My washer is barley one month old and I have only done 3 loads of laundry, It is already in need of repair. I was doing laundry and the washer was filled with water and just stopped. The sense, done, and lid lock lights were flashing. We could not get the water to spin and drain so we had to hand wring all our clothes out and bail the water out. I called whirlpool and they made an appointment with a local repair company. The local repair company thinks it may be the pump and are ordering one so they can come fix it. If it is the pump, I feel I should just be able to get a new washer as I am concerned that this would go out after just one month. What else is going to go wrong.

Noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and I am disappointed in it. It’s noisy and if you select the wrong cycle it uses a lot of water. I would never recommend this washer.

Sensing feature difficult

Loads of Love for This Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been two weeks with my new top-load washer with a built-in faucet, and I couldn't be happier! I only wish I had replaced my old machine years ago. I'm still getting used to adding detergent directly to the drum before the clothes, but the laundry comes out clean and well-spun every time. Another bonus: the clear top lid! I love being able to see the wash cycle in action.
The built-in faucet is a total game changer- unlike previous washers that filled from the bottom up (trying to save water but actually not always saturating all the laundry), this one fills from the top down, so I know every item is being thoroughly washed. I would definitely recommend it!
