Much Needed Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoying a new washer. Works well for my family needs. Such an upgrade of what I had before. Love that the agitator won't catch sweatshirt tags, ropes, etc. No more space for things to get caught like bra straps even. Even more, the size and capabities of now can wash bigger items over bringing to cleaners like blankets or bed covers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Working Wonderfully

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned this washer for a month and am loving it so far! I give it a 4 star because I had to purchase an Appliance Care Service Plan to provide more security than the basic 1 year warranty, and based on reviews I've read the service plan is essential as the machines are known to have issues once just outside the warranty period. I'd love to come back and change this to a 5 star down the road, as I am currently very happy with the quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Whirlpool Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer relatively easy to operate - once shown. Installer was very helpful. We have only washed a few loads to date using normal wash and delicate wash. Product runs fairly quiet. Only thing I wish Whirlpool included was a manual, but I guess none of the manufactur seem to provider manuals. Get any info off the internet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. I'm a little cynical about appliances these days. Remember when they lasted for decades but we decided we needed the new shiny stuff? Bought the extended warranty since nothing lasts anymore. Glad to have a washing machine with an agitator again. I have had to unplug it several times because it glitches, will find unfinished load, or to reset because won't start load. If it happens again, I guess I'll be using warranty because it's brand new and I expect it to work.

Not Happy

I wish I had read some of these reviews before buying my machine. There is very little information on how to use it. I hate how loud it is. I hate that there's no sound to indicate the load is finished. I ran a load that was pretty wet when it was "finished" so I moved the dial to rinse and spin and the machine went through the entire washing process again. I don't know what the purpose is of having a faucet in the machine. I'm very disappointed with myself on choosing this machine that I'm stuck with for the next 10 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
