[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so far not pleased. I washed three loads of clothes and then it broke. I currently have a loaner washer from the dealer while they try to fix mine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broken lid latch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about my top load washer EXCEPT FOR THE LID LATCH!! THIS HAS CREATED SUCH HAVIC AND AGGERVATION !! I haven’t even used my washer 2 months when this feature broke, thiere should be an option switch on the washer so that when it breaks the washer will still function. This has left me 2 weeks without a washer. This just shouldn’t be. So frustrating!!! Please make a on or off switch for this feature, so your washer can still work when this feature breaks so often!

So far so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Whirlpool washer works great! I like the feature of the water spout for pre washing and rinsing my cap out. During the agitation cycle, its very quiet. It seems to wash my clothes. So far so good and washing clothes is easy. We chose to pick up our appliance and that went smoothly. The guys were great.

Great High Capacity Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a few laundry loads, quite impressed with the load capacity and level of agitation. Clothes come out very clean while using the same amount of detergent for a smaller capacity washer. Also like that closing the lid is dampened, so that the lid doesn't come crashing down. Appreciate the variety of load choices that are available. Overall has been a great washer so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this machine and all its features. Once I was able to download the full manual and I had an explanation of the many cycles to choose from, it was simple to operate. The one downfall is how quickly the lid locks so if you find something even 2 minutes later, you cannot add, but I think all machines are that way now.

Top load agitator Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this washer. You have different options for washing and clothes come out clean. Has a 30 minute presoak you can use and also can set it for the deep wash if needed. So simple to use.

Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. I love the faucet but this machine has stopped working after 2 weeks. I currently have a load in the washing machine that I cannot dry because it is too wet. Machine just keeps washing and no final spin. The drain/spin feature just washes as well. Not at all happy
