[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 2 full weeks of use it has held up. Simple to use. We live in an old house and the floors are not level. It has been able to level itself; especially on heavy loads like towels. Is able to spin out a lot of the water so drying time is reduced. We have used all of the preset wash cycles and been happy with the results. It has a clear lid and we are able to see it agitate the clothes. Fingers crossed it last longer than the GE washer it replaced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement by Whirlpool of an earlier model in which the tub and drum had to be replaced due to staining of our clothes. This machine seems a bit more sturdy but I should have paid the difference to get a machine without an agitator. It is extremely noisy.

Useless washer

Bought this machine even after reading some minor issues and being noisy. And the are right, the machine is noisy and after 6 weeks of ownership it stop working with the tub/Bowl full of water, it is under warranty but wirpool will send a tech and they will not answer the phone. I will not recomend this machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have yet to find a wash setting that doesn't result in wrinkled clothing. Shirts and pants require several minutes of tumbling in the dryer to remove the wrinkles.

Avoid Overloading: Do not overload the washer so items can tumble freely. You may need to reduce your load size, use a shorter wash time, or select a heavy/deep-fill cycle for larger items.
Adjust Spin Speed: The preset spin speed can be changed. Faster spin speeds will lead to shorter drying times, but may increase wrinkling, while slower speeds reduce wrinkling but leave the load damper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely poor Washing Machine, especially the spin cycle. Clothes remain SOAKED at the end of every cycle: required to run a full spin cycle at the end of every wash. Frustrating, annoying, agitating and feels like I wasted 700 bucks. Wish I had a Time Machine. Yeah, can’t use tide pods and frequently errors out.

An unbalanced load (unevenly distributed items) during the spin cycle can cause noise, vibration, reduced spin speed, longer cycle times, and wet clothes at the end.
Signs: Loud noises, excessive shaking, or clothes remaining wet.
Self-Correction: The washer attempts to rebalance the load by refilling and gently rotating. If this fails, it may stop spinning and display an error.
Action: You may need to manually redistribute the load. Review Washer is Unbalanced or Overloaded for correction tips.
Cycle and Spin Settings
Bulky Items (Bedding, Sheets, Coats): Use the dedicated Bulky or Sheets/Bedding cycle. Avoid the Normal or Rapid Wash cycles for these items to ensure optimal performance.
Spin Speed: Cycles with lower spin speeds leave more water in the load. To remove extra water, select a higher spin speed or use the Drain & Spin cycle, ensuring the load is evenly distributed.
Add a Garment: Only add items when the "Add a Garment" light is on. Pausing the machine later can limit its ability to reach maximum spin speeds.
Power Failure: A power failure during the spin cycle may prevent the washer from reaching its full spin speed.
