Does the job for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a big washer it fits a lot and does well cleaning the clothes. Not a fan of the top down aspect as I prefer front load washers but it deff fits a lot. Pretty noisy in my opinion but eh it’s ok

Faulty parts

I bought this washer about, 3 years ago when I moved into my new house, I’ve had to get it serviced twice for the same issue. Faulty drain pump. I’ve bought two new pumps so far each lasted a year, and I recently started noticing water on the underside again for a third time. (The warranty expired about a month before the first failure go figure). This is not a good model due to faulty expensive parts, which is sad cause I like the brand. I Should’ve bought a new washer the first time. The cost of the faulty parts and the repair is way too much and they may very well be planned to fail based on the fact each has lasted a year from brand new.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really happy with this washing machine! After having one without an agitator, then using this my clothes feel so much cleaner. I also love the built in faucet for rinsing stains before washing. It’s fairly quiet, and simple to use.

DO NOT BUY!!! Worst purchase I've ever made!

I purchased this washer brand new and have owned it for 3.5 years. It's now been serviced 6 times and is broken again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS WASHER!
I never write reviews, but if my review can save someone from purchasing this AWFUL washer I've done by job!
The following issues have occurred: Broken drive belt (twice), faulty lid switch, faulty drain pump, faulty start switch (twice).

Easy to use and pretty efficient!

I'm excited to use this new washer and hoping it will hold up through time just like my other one. So far, it's been working well, although a bit noisy. My clothes come out fresh and clean! I'm happy with this new washer! Will update if there are any problems!

Every Household needs this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation of this washer was super easy. It took 15 mins to complete the entire setup. As a mom of two little ones, I totally love this washer that comes with multiple options of washing. Jeans, Heavyduty, whites, colors, quickwash, activewear, delicates etc. just turn the settings wheel with the option that fits the bill and you are all set. It doesnt make much noise even for heavy duty making it super comfortable to use at all times. Unlike other washing machines, both the water and energy consumption were very less. Best part the size is big enough to wash even the bigger comforters. Every household needs this.

Beautiful and Efficient Washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am obsessed with this washer. The number one reason is it has a faucet feature. This is a game changer for me. To be able to rinse out the soap cup and do a bit of scrubbing to stains before loading them in the wash is great! The only thing that is awkward is you have to open and close the lid to turn the faucet on and off. It might have been cool to have the button closer to where the faucet actually is.
All of the features that make this a great washer:
- Top loading! Front load washers look cool but they are terrible in my experience.
- The clear lid with the soft close feature. It just makes me happy inside.
- The faucet. Growing up I had this on my washer and I didn’t know how important it was until I got my own washer. I will never have a washer without this if I can help it.
- All of the different modes that are still very customizable
- The presoak and deep water wash. Now that I have a kid I need both of these features to ensure the clothes are clean.
- There are presets for“jeans” and “active wear”. I thought this was really good because jeans can be a bit tougher to wash and I don’t need my jeans shrinking anymore than I feel like they already do. And active wear can get STINKY. This allows me to wash them quickly without having to think about changing the other presets.

Downsides

The downsides are not significant at all, especially when compared to all of the other features. Overall I am extremely impressed with this washer and would recommend it to family and friends.
Side note: the fabric softener dispenser was broken within the first week of having the washer. We don’t even use fabric softener. I am happy to report that Whirlpool came out to fix it at no charge to us. The downside is it took a week for them to send someone but I’m glad they were able to fix it.
