[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago after my old one died. Love the whirlpool brand and this one was on sale. Love how clean it gets my clothes and spins out the rinse so my dryer doesn’t have to work overtime. Hate the noise! From the “faucet” water coming in to all the bangs and clicks. Sounds like it’s banging the sides! Very annoying.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and I love it! The only thing I'm not happy about is the lid goes up too high for my laundry room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just had a couple of weeks. Learning operation which a self manual would help from Whirlpool for owners like myself. We are mastering this and will do good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I feel this washer was designed by someone who doesn't do laundry often. The user manual is useless. The progress lights are sense, soak wash done. Hard to gauge where you are in the cycle. No rinse? spin? And the lid locks too fast. Finding what to do when the washer is off balance is hard, you have to figure it out youself.
But it washes fine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this washer which I am loving. I prefer a top loading washer with agitator so this was perfect! I was replacing my Maytag top load washer because it was making a loud grinding noise and couldn’t figure out the warranty. I liked that washer too so I was excited to try a different brand and compare apples to apples. First, the Whirlpool delivery was great! They removed my old washer and installed the new one and even made sure all tubing was secure. As for the size, I was a little concerned because it looked a bit more shallow than my previous washer, but I actually prefer it because I am 5’4” and the first one was hard to reach to get all clothes on the bottom. This one being a little more shallow is a lot easier to get everything out.
Performance- this has been so great! Clothes are super clean and fresh. The simple design (knob plus buttons) makes it very easy to adjust the settings for your loads to your liking. There is a deep water setting, and an option for 30 min pre soak if you need it.
Simple, easy to use, and effective! Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t have time to get this installed because delivery took a bit of time but the entire delivery process with the company was fairly smooth and the product came intact. Love that this has a built in faucet so it’s just another thing I don’t have to worry about. The design is nice and sleek and the it’s easy to use.
