[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a few months ago and love my new washer. They are so clean and water spins out so well that the drying time has been reduced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and it was great. It does everything I need without the advanced techy features that are not necessary to wash laundry.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a nice washer and seems to clean the cloths. The instructions for use are very poor. It only comes with a quick start guide then you have to get the rest on line. We still have not found any instructions or explanation for using the faucet function and soak. We tried using the faucet function to mix water and soap before you put the laundry in but as soon as it goes into wash mode it drains first. We then tried the soak function and it did the same thing. This is a big waste of water and makes these feature useless for us. I thought it was supposed to save water not waste it? The other thing that we finally found on line, is that if you open then lid after you start it, then you need to push the start button again or it does not wash.
There needs to be a section dedicated to using and detail what the machine does in the water faucet and soak cycles. Then how to get back to wash after using them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer after my old one died I was surprised at the quiet working of this machine. The capacity is quite large for all my needs. The number of options were surprising. The choice of this washer pleases me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer quieter than my previous washer. Lots of convenient presets that can be modified for each wash. Lid is taller than my previous washer and might conflict with cabinet doors above. Liked the transparent lid.
