Disappointing feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the washing machine 3 weeks ago. The spin cycle does not remove enough water from the clothes leaving towels heavy with water. My dryer runs much longer now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washing machine. It is a bit louder than what I had previously, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars, but it is larger and the spin cycle practically dries the clothing.

Disappointed with faucet feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a nice washer and seems to clean the cloths. The instructions for use are very poor. It only comes with a quick start guide then you have to get the rest on line. We still have not found any instructions or explanation for using the faucet function and soak. We tried using the faucet function to mix water and soap before you put the laundry in but as soon as it goes into wash mode it drains first. We then tried the soak function and it did the same thing. This is a big waste of water and makes these feature useless for us. I thought it was supposed to save water not waste it? The other thing that we finally found on line, is that if you open then lid after you start it, then you need to push the start button again or it does not wash.
There needs to be a section dedicated to using and detail what the machine does in the water faucet and soak cycles. Then how to get back to wash after using them.
