[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 2 months ago and works well. Not for heavy duty use. 1 blanket at a time or it won’t drain. Unless you have the deep fill on the soap leaves a ring on the drum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having a Maytag Commercial Washer with the built-in faucet, I like that system better. In other words, Maytag allows you to push - a button inside the washer; whereas, with your washer, I have to almost close the lid in order to reach the button to turn the faucet on/off. Otherwise, the washer is fine - due to the Christmas Holiday, I've only used it a few times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] About this a month ago and so far I'm not very pleased. It does not clean your clothes unless you do the extra rinse cycle. It also shakes quite bad. I've checked the leveling multiple times and still have issues with shaking. When sensing at the beginning of a wash cycle it shakes very violently, after a senses the load the shaking isn't as bad but still worse than any washer I've ever owned. Even washers being 30 years old seem to have run better unfortunately. Didn't want to be the person complaining online but I was pressured into doing this review so here it is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello, We value your time and would like to look into the concerns with your Washer. Vibration and excessive noise, particularly during the spin cycle, are often caused by an out-of-balance load—laundry unevenly distributed in the wash basket. This instability results in loud noise, reduced spin speed (wetter clothes), longer cycle times, and potential component strain. The washer attempts a self-correction by adding water and gently rotating the basket to redistribute the clothes; if this fails, the cycle ends with an error. Prevention relies on proper loading and setup: Proper Loading: Distribute clothes evenly around the agitator/impeller in loose heaps. Avoid tight packing or overloading (do not fill higher than the top row of holes). Bulky Items: Check care labels (some need commercial washers). Use the "doughnut" technique for absorbent items, arranging weight around the periphery. Wash two or three similar bulky items together, not just one, to aid balance. Ensure the impeller is visible. Water Level: Do not add extra water, as HE washers rely on mechanical engagement for cleaning; excess water reduces agitation effectiveness. Washer Level: The machine must be absolutely level, with all four leveling feet firmly contacting the floor. Test by gently rocking diagonally; if it moves, it needs leveling. An unlevel washer amplifies imbalances. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace an older washer and it works as promised. It is large capacity for big loads and cleans extremely well! I appreciate the agitator as I believe those clean my clothes better.
I would recommend this to a friend!
