[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well it was fine for a couple weeks. The drum seems to shake a lot when spinning even though the load is balanced. The soft close lid only goes down and doesn’t close fully. It stops and if you try and open or shut it it makes a loud snapping noise. I have tried to get hold of whirlpool and at one point I was on hold without even speaking to a person for an hour and 23 minutes before I finally hung up I’ve tried several more times and still haven’t got hold of anyone
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought the washer and the dryer together, they look amazing, the usage of the different cycle is very easy it really intuitive and I like that, they’re are not that loud if you close the door we don’t really hear them, thinking about the fact that our house has 816 foot square and we’re on the same level. The door of the dryer is a little bit hard to close but I think it is normal, it is only the little plastic thing to hold the door closed. Everything goes like it should the dryer dry really well, we changed these because we want to do lavable diapers and we didn’t start yet.. we still have to discover the different settings but we are satisfied
I would recommend this to a friend!

Taking the guesswork out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with this machine. I no longer have to figure out so much because it senses so much! Also, the internal faucet is such a nice extra feature to do a little extra spot cleaning! My clothes, especially the whites are so much cleaner & the dryer time is a lot less than before. The spin cycle is very thorough.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] your water pump made to much noise , No instructions, Sometimes stops before it finishes cycle and does not gives us no reason!!!! Then have to re-start it, or use different cycle. Dues anyone have any help????

NEW WHIRLPOOL TOP LOAD WASHER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer a few days ago in Scottsdale, AZ and I only did laundry one time so far.
The washer looks very good, is way more silent than the previous Whirlpool one, a complete upper class of a new generation of washers and a pleasure to work with. The transparent glass top lid is very cool because let you see the whole washing cycle.
Hopefully I'll enjoy this washer without any technical problem for the next 6-10 years or more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced older washer which I'm glad to have done. Reasons are that this washer has a large capacity for it's size, it is designed to be user-friendly and last but not least it does not "walk" on spin cycle. It's also the most budget friendly for most and can work well in almost any location.
I would recommend this to a friend!
