Good water level

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new washer is excessively NOISY! It has a better water level and agitator. She believes that it cleans better than the last one which was 8 year old and I believe in good working condition. The drawback was that it had a water level which was too low thereby the fabric rubbed against each other causing premature wear on the clothes. I would think the engineers and buyers could do a better job with the suppliers to make a better machine.

Average washing machine with some minor issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Whirlpool washer about a month ago. I like that it has a larger capacity than my old Fisher Paykel. There are several things however that I’m not happy about. It’s fairly noisy, but I can live with that. It doesn’t have a manual water selector where I can set the water level. The third issue is the one I dislike the most. The water barely covers the clothes even when I set it to deep fill. The engineers at Whirlpool need to recalibrate their water sensors because they most have it set on super economy so little is used. I wish there was a setting where it actually deep filled the washer with water. Otherwise it’s not a bad washing machine.

A huge learning curve after my Maytag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this after my 41 year old top loading Maytag washer decided it was time to retire and so far have been happy with it though I feel the instructions could be more detailed - for example, although I do not ask for the lid to lock, it does anyway and I cannot find a way around that. I realize it's a safety feature but there are times when one wants to add an item after the cycle has started.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Broke after 4 months

Bought it in August, was broken in December. Their solution, wait 2 weeks for a repairman to come out and fix it. Oh, and we will also try to sell you an extended warranty that you have to pay for monthly. Because our product is junk and we know it won't last very long. Great business model people.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
