[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used my machine for two months now,,and I found the rince cycle doesn't work as well as it should because the faucet does not spray on the clothes while spinning. Instead it sprays on the agitator and the bottom of the tub.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. I’m not a big fan of buying new appliances cause it seems they break just as fast as an old one especially with all the new sensors and what not. But as for having this washer for a few weeks now, it seems decent. My kids are not good at balancing a load when they put the clothes in but this washer seems to balance it for them. As for amount of water it uses, it does seem like it’s not deep enough when I’m use to a older top load but the clothes come out clean so whatever.. only dislike is one load was off balance and never spun out.. I wish it had an alarm or blinking light saying something was wrong. I got the the washer and blankets were still heavy/wet. Obvious to me but kids have burnt dryer belt due to not spun out clothes in the past..

Hello,
We value your time and would like to look into the concerns with your Washer.
Load Imbalance: The most common cause. An uneven load creates excessive vibration, noise, reduced spin speed, and longer cycles. The washer may stop spinning to protect itself. Fix: Manually pause and redistribute the clothes. Modern washers attempt self-correction (refill/gentle rotation); if unsuccessful, an error displays, requiring user intervention.
Spin Speed Selection: Low or No Spin settings remove less water, resulting in wetter clothes. Solution: Use the appropriate high spin speed for the fabric. If clothes are still wet, select the Drain & Spin Cycle after rearranging the load.
Bulky Items (Bedding, Sheets): These absorb water and easily clump, causing severe imbalance. Crucial Advice: Use the dedicated Bulky or Sheets/Bedding cycle. Avoid Normal or Rapid Wash.
"Add a Garment" Timing: Adding items late in the cycle (after the rinse/before the final spin) can interfere with balancing, limiting the maximum spin speed. Best Practice: Only add garments when the indicator light is illuminated, and always resume by touching and holding the START/PAUSE button.
Water Standing in the Tub (Drain Issue): If water remains, the washer cannot spin. Check:
Drain Hose Installation: Use the U-shaped form. Insert only 4.5" into the drainpipe (standpipe).
Standpipe Height: Must be between 39" (min) and 96" (max). Too low causes siphoning; too high overworks the pump.
Hose Condition: Straighten any kinks and clear any blockages in the hose or drain.
Washer Leveling: An unlevel washer amplifies load imbalance, leading to excessive vibration, noise, and triggering the No Spin protection. Solution: Use a level to adjust the leveling feet until the machine rests flat and firmly on the floor.
Power Failure: A power interruption during the spin cycle may cause the washer to resume at a reduced speed. Fix: Initiate a new Drain & Spin cycle to complete water extraction.
