I found myself watching the washer 👀

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this set for two weeks and I'm not disappointed with my purchase...at all!! The water is a bit louder while it's filling up than my last washer but it's not for a long time. I have a cal-king comforter that I normally have to take to the laundromat, it fit into this washer with no problem or rocking during the spin cycle. It has a big agitator/drum. Very happy with this purchase and the rep who set up my warranty plan had wonderful customer service. I must've watched at least three loads throught the window lol!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice machine, a better owners manual is needed

Being almost 80 years old, I found the owners manual lacking in information and had to go to YouTube to learn how to operate the machine. I realize this new machine has many features in which I had never seen and I have a new knowledge on how to operate. Whirlpool has given me a chance to prove the old adage, 'you are never too old to learn"

Crap. Less than two years old and cycle won’t run. You push start, it starts to sense, lid never locks, and it goes to done without running your cycle. Absolutely ridiculous that this is happening to a practically new machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
