[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased on August 13, 2025. Makes a bad, loud sound. Warranty repair on August 15. Still making the sound. Repair office said they ordered parts. Unable to add video.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really do not like the controls. My last Whirlpool washer was great- I could adjust everything by myself, water level, temperature, timed cycles. This one cannot be adjusted and I cannot always wash things the way I want . Also, I do not like the locking washer top. What if I want to put something in midway? This seems like a ridiculous feature that is NOT needed. Please give me back control of my machine so I can wash making my own decisions. I know what I want and how to do it. Simple. It seems to wash ok.
