Washing machine, washing machine concerns

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes, we purchased the washing machine on received it on September 8. The washing machine. Broke less than a month after purchasing. We had to have service come out to replace a harness on the machine. We got the washer operating again, but are not completely confident. A washing machine should not break down within a month of purchase

Nice washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do love my new washer. However, I gave it only 4 stars because I was very disappointed that the owners manual did not describe each of the various cycles. A perfect example was that I did a small white load and put it on the white cycle. That's what I would have done on my previous washer. After an hour, it was still washing this small load! I finally change the cycle to drain and spin to end this unnecessary long wash.
Just this week, I received an email from Whirlpool with an explanation of the different cycles and their lengths. While I certainly do appreciate the email, I would think that information should have been in the manual.
Other than that, it is a great washer and I will steer clear of the "white" setting from now on.

Nice washer for the price

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 3 weeks of using this washer, I am very pleased. It is easy to use and much easier to empty than my previous Whirlpool washer, not so deep. I am still not used to the transparent top but that will come with time.
