[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the washer works , it's good enough! The clothes are clean. The issue is when the unit decide not to work. It happened multiple times so far. Three lights come up and nothing else happen.
We had to unplug it and then plug it back and everything is fine again. Not normal for a week old washer. I have severe doubt about long term reliability.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No beeps or buzzers, like that. Small indicator lights, I know what it’s doing without the christmas tree effect. But it’s very loud, “luckily” my laundry room is off the garage and not in the house. Have had clothes come out with dry spots, not sure how that’s possible. Tried presoak feature, didn’t notice a difference. Wouldn’t recommend it, but it’s mostly cleaning clothes and such. Have had no issues with unbalanced loads, but I do pay attention to placement in the drum and load/cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed with faucet feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a nice washer and seems to clean the cloths. The instructions for use are very poor. It only comes with a quick start guide then you have to get the rest on line. We still have not found any instructions or explanation for using the faucet function and soak. We tried using the faucet function to mix water and soap before you put the laundry in but as soon as it goes into wash mode it drains first. We then tried the soak function and it did the same thing. This is a big waste of water and makes these feature useless for us. I thought it was supposed to save water not waste it? The other thing that we finally found on line, is that if you open then lid after you start it, then you need to push the start button again or it does not wash.
There needs to be a section dedicated to using and detail what the machine does in the water faucet and soak cycles. Then how to get back to wash after using them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] your water pump made to much noise , No instructions, Sometimes stops before it finishes cycle and does not gives us no reason!!!! Then have to re-start it, or use different cycle. Dues anyone have any help????

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well it was fine for a couple weeks. The drum seems to shake a lot when spinning even though the load is balanced. The soft close lid only goes down and doesn’t close fully. It stops and if you try and open or shut it it makes a loud snapping noise. I have tried to get hold of whirlpool and at one point I was on hold without even speaking to a person for an hour and 23 minutes before I finally hung up I’ve tried several more times and still haven’t got hold of anyone
