Cleans well but goes off balance easily

Agitator Yes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The agitator model was a great purchase vs the my old Samsung washer machine. The wash cycles seem much shorter and my clothes are actually clean now! Never buy a Samsung again, they can’t be fixed. The only downside to this model is it seems to be a bit loud. I have it in the basement so the sound doesn’t seem to bother me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is awful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate it!!!!! It is awful. I got a lemon. I am 76 and this is probably the last washer I’ll ever buy. The sensor is stupid. It is loud. It runs a long time wasting water and electricity. It gives you no choices. I want to return.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my new machine about a month now and love its large capacity. I like all of the various features and am happy with my clean clothes. My only negative comment is that it’s very loud and noisy. Luckily I can shut my laundry room door to muffle the sound. Overall I am very pleased.
