[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased on August 13, 2025. Makes a bad, loud sound. Warranty repair on August 15. Still making the sound. Repair office said they ordered parts. Unable to add video.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Surprising, I had only used it about 6 times when it malfunctioned. Luckily R C Willey where I bought it Promptly replaced it, otherwise I'd probably have given it a 5 since I love Whirlpool. I hope I do not have anymore problems with it.

Very Nice Choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer a couple of weeks ago. I am very impressed with this "basic" washer, dial selector, non-removable agitator. It is much quieter than the Kenmore we replaced; it was always noisy & often loads would go "off balance" & walk across the floor!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst Washer Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the worst washer I have ever purchased. You need to stop selling this product. Every load stops in the middle of the load because out of balanced. Takes an hour to run a load. Loud and horrible.Complained to Appliances and they never called back and wanted a 50 percent restocking fee. Do not buy
