Love efficiency of both machines

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have loved my new washer and dryer. It takes much less time to dry our clothes compared to our old ancient machine. The only thing I am not happy with is that the washer is so loud and noisy during operation. There is knocking and loud spinning. I thought the washing machine would be much quieter during the cycles and starting.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 3 weeks of using this washer, I am very pleased. It is easy to use and much easier to empty than my previous Whirlpool washer, not so deep. I am still not used to the transparent top but that will come with time.

Nice washer for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago and I do like it, however in my opinion there should be a light showing what cycle it is on ie; rinse. Also I think it is quite loud compared to my old Maytag.

Nice washer

However, I gave it only 4 stars because I was very disappointed that the owners manual did not describe each of the various cycles. A perfect example was that I did a small white load and put it on the white cycle. That's what I would have done on my previous washer. After an hour, it was still washing this small load! I finally change the cycle to drain and spin to end this unnecessary long wash.
Just this week, I received an email from Whirlpool with an explanation of the different cycles and their lengths. While I certainly do appreciate the email, I would think that information should have been in the manual.
Other than that, it is a great washer and I will steer clear of the "white" setting from now on.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Didn't work from the day of installation and Whirlpool still hasn't followed up after I called them immediately. I will NEVER buy another Whirlpool product. GARBAGE AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Great Cabrio Replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced an eleven year old Cabrio. Almost the same except this one has an agitator. Instead of the impeller. Great machines. Lots of good features including a multitude of was cycles. Only thing missing is the wash time display
