If it's not broke don't fix it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Am not satisfied with the new washer. There's not enough water added to the cycles. Clothes rotate but do not circulate. I took video of the cycle washing and showed to the dealer I bought it from. The video showed that the clothes on top stayed on top. I didn't feel my clothes were getting clean. The dealer basically said "it's the will of the beast." So I needed to get used to it. I'm 62 years of age and believe that if it's not broke don't fix it. There was nothing wrong with the old school washing machines. Sorry....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well worth the $$

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this washer for a couple of months now and love it! It is a nice improvement over the one that quit. The large capacity is amazing - I have a hard time actually filling up the tub!!! The clothes spin almost dry, which is great in this humid environment. The see through lid is fantastic. The controls are easy to understand and use. Well worth the money I paid.
I would recommend this to a friend!
