Issue with having to relight constantly

Constantly have to relight the flame. Should be able to turn it on, and it stay on. Considering the cost of this, I'm extremely disappointed.

This propane oven far exceeds our previous pellet pizza oven which was hard to control temperature and not smother the flame. Their Classic dough recipe is fabulous.

Amazing results
It’s the perfect size for a good 10-12 inch pizza but you have to make sure you launch them in perfect position too far back and the dough spring can mean it’s gets stuck on the flame protector at the back
Once you get used to it the pizzas are great
Can’t wait to use it more and learn more
