The Perfect Addition to Our Kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke Dishwasher is sleek and stylish, fitting perfectly into our kitchen. With a toddler and a baby on the way we have plenty of dishes piling up every day and this dishwasher makes keeping up with them easy! The 3rd Rack Washing System allows us to clean more dishes with every load and the top rack is perfect for those small baby items. The Auto Release Door is a game changer and makes sure we get a dry load every time. And did we mention how quiet it is? You can barely tell it’s running and it allows us to wash dishes even when the little ones are sleeping nearby! We also love that it connects to Samsung Smart Things allowing us to control it from anywhere in the house. Overall, we are in love with our new dishwasher and can’t wait to use it for years to come.

So quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We finally replaced our 15-year-old dishwasher with the Samsung DW90F89POUSR, and I love it. It’s so quiet, and the dishes come out spotless without needing to rinse them first. I really like the light inside—it makes loading and unloading so much easier. There are tons of wash options to choose from, and the AI Wash cycle is great because it figures out what the load needs on its own. It’s been a huge upgrade honestly.

Wonderful, 38 dBA Bespoke Auto Open Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung AI Dishwasher (38 dBA Bespoke, DW90F89P0USRAA) was installed today. Samsung is a leader in AI-based appliances; we are excited about what it can do for our daily lives. Upon using the new one, noticeably different from the old one, the noise level is significantly lower than that of the old one. A couple of cool features: Opening the door: options for automatically opening the door after the cycle finishes (A great idea), Bixby integration as a simple operation, flexible three trays that securely hold wine glasses and other dishes, which flipped down to be easy and user friendly operation, the voice confirmation and instruction, a nice LCD showing all info and easy to adjust functions, and the most beautiful thing is AI wash: it monitors water and electricity usage and optimize to reduce the total energy cost. Also, there is no guesswork on the types of dirty dishes. The phone integration through the Samsung Ecosystem, which displays messages on the phone or Samsung TVs, is a very convenient function. The observed cycle time ranges from 60 minutes to 90 minutes. Later that day, we realized that we could open the door by gently pushing it or saying, “Hey, Bixby, wait for the voice, and then say, “Open the door.” As noted above, all those AI or high-tech features are embedded into the ease of use, hiding most of the complexity, which is a beautiful thing for everyday users.

Great for kids!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is great! The auto opening door scared the wife at first thinking it was never started but we have both come to love this feature. I remembered that we used to open our old dishwasher when it was done (just after the cycle ended) to help dry things off but this does it automatically! It’s super quiet, my wife keeps having to check if it’s on or not. IT washes and dried all our dishes (storm wash is a great feature) and the third rack, it took a bit to get used to since its not the same way ours used to work, has become a go-to for cups

It runs quietly, cleans dishes thoroughly, and the sleek handle-less design gives it a clean, modern look that I really love. The auto-open door at the end of the cycle is a great feature—it helps dry the dishes better and prevents moisture from sitting inside, which keeps the interior fresher. I also appreciate the flexible racking system, which makes it easy to fit larger pots and pans.and the wash cycles are efficient

The dishwasher cleans really well and love that it opens when finished. I have many Samsung smart appliances and now with the dishwasher being able to connect to smart things is great. Last but not least I love the look, it's very sleek and modern, I got the white and love the color .

Ultra Quiet Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke Dishwasher has upgraded my kitchen and made cleaning dishes easier than ever. Some key features that make this dishwasher stand out is there are three rows to load dishes, the dishwasher has a light inside to easily see dishes, it’s ultra quiet, and it cleans and dries dishes quickly and efficiently. I love how sleek and simple the dishwasher looks and that it’s finger print resistant. Additionally the dishwasher has an AI function that learns how to wash and rinse based on the dishes in each load. My overall favorite feature of this dishwasher is how quiet it is, you literally can’t hear it running. It’s the dishwasher of the future that I’m going to be recommending to all my friends and family.

Love my new Dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have enjoyed using our 2025 Samsung Bespoke dishwasher, model # DW90F89P0USRAA! It not only looks amazing in our kitchen, it works great too! The front is in a fingerprint resistant stainless steel, and it has a sleek, handle-less design. The auto open door was a little tricky to learn how to use at first, but I've figured it out with a little practice! Also, at 38 dBA this dishwasher is super quiet!
So far I've only used the AI wash cycles and have been very impressed! The 3rd rack (very top one) has a small area for utensils, along with an area for cups and glasses. This area for utensils is pretty small. We use a lot of silverware at my house, so this little area fills up pretty quickly. I end up having to put the rest of the dirty silverware down below in the Cutlery Basket. This is not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. I prefer having ALL my silverware in one place. The cup washing area is great! Having this designated spot for cups and glasses saves me so much room in the middle rack to put other things. The bottom rack holds all our plates and big bowls - couldn't be more pleased!
Before I turn the dishwasher on, I have to select SMART DRY and the LOW, HIGH, or MAX setting. I prefer the HIGH setting. At the end of the cycle, the auto release feature causes the door to pop open to continue the drying process. It sings a little song when it's done - we hear it throughout the house! It's a very pleasant little tune!
This dishwasher connects with my SmartThings App on my phone. It's so nice to be able to monitor the cycle and see the status of the wash, such as how much longer it has until it finishes.
My biggest complaint is the cord. The cord connects to the dishwasher in the FRONT left corner. From there, it runs around to the back of the dishwasher, where it then gets plugged into an outlet. (for reference, all of our other dishwasher cords have been located in the BACK.) This creates a problem because the cord is too short - by the time it runs around to where it needs to go, it's TOO SHORT to reach the outlet. We are having to pay an electrician to come out and move our outlet to remedy this situation. I am not happy about that.
Aside from the small utensil holder on the top rack, and the short cord, we are very pleased with this dishwasher. It does a fabulous job washing and drying our dishes, and is a HUGE improvement from our old one!
