Dead after only 2 month

Dryer portion dead allready after 2 month.... unit errors out and pauses over and over. Error is unit heater. Pay this much money for it to die after only 2 months
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I Love ❤️ the features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I'm Loving the all in one features. Not having to worry about changing over to the dryer. Everything is done all at once. Learning the features from online. My phone alerts me off the progress and when finished. I have to learn how to set from my phone. Hubby is having trouble downloading the app. Other than that so far so great.

Reliable laundry combo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though it is very tall and deep, it saves a lot of room. The main thing to keep in mind is where you are installing it, mostly because of the depth. In my laundry room, I was able to add a cabinet on each side this unit and a countertop over all pcs. Has lots of wash options and can be accessed from your smartphone. I really like that I don't have to transfer the heavy wet clothes out of the washer into the dryer now. I also like that it auto adds liquid detergent and softener for each wash. It has saved a little time overall on the whole process, but not as much as advertised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the product itself, but would love if the door opened towards the right side like a normal front load dryer instead of the left side. I think they should consider making the drum position a lot higher then where positioned currently because it's difficult for tall people to have access and get clothes in and out without feeling like you have to sit down to do it since too low. I like the variety of cycles available and still learning to use.
