Discontinued parts after only 2 years.

Discontinued parts. Only 2 years old and already obsolete. Samsung outsources all parts so apparently is no longer their problem and will provide 0 solutions. If this is what is to come for the future of your products, sad.

Vented combo FTW!1!1!!!!!!

This is the future! Finally a vented combo!! The performance is just amazing. Thank you Samsung for listening to us and releasing the best washing machine in the world and its made in the USA. Washed everything in the BEast-spoke washer and it handled it like a beast! I already done one update so I hope they keep adding new features. I really love to be able to have more custom controls through SmartThings.

I waited until now to write a review so I can say what I say with confidence. I’ve had the washer since January and over all I love it. It’s handled everything I’ve thrown at it with ease. My house has 2 adults, one anxiety riddled dog with bowel issues and 3 cats. One of the cats is a vomiter. So my poor washer has seen some things. But everything always comes out clean which is the most ilprotant part. It’s had full sets of bed sheets, comforter, couch covers and large loads. For the most part everything has come out dry. Sometimes the bed sheets are a little damp but that’s because they get tangled up in the fitted sheet. Normal dryers have the same issue. I wish I could say it’s fixed my adhd, but sadly that is unresolved. What it has done is protected my clothes from me leaving them unattended in the wash for days on end. Now when I forget the laundry, at least it’s clean and dry lol. No more mildew for me. My only very minor complaint is that I supposedly can hook my phone up to it and get notifications. I can’t figure that out tbh. But that’s probably a user error. Over all very satisfied. My life is better with this washer and I hope it’s sturdy for years to come.

I've had my unit a month and it has completely stopped working. Getting them to fix ASAP is a joke! So I have to sit and wait for someone to come out and fix it!

Superb convenience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love the all in one feature. Having four children, we do a lot of laundry, but being able to run the cycle and have clean and dryer clothes waiting has saved many times of needing to rerun a washer for having it sit too long.

I have been caught up on my laundry since the day it was delivered!! I simply start a load in the morning and it’s there ready to be folded when I get home from work. NO more adding detergent to each load - no more shaking wet clothes - no more having to rewash because I got to put them in the dryer. It’s simply AMAZING!!! Every mom should have one of these!!

Wish I would have known before I bought it

I've owned this thing since Christmas and it is the most heinous machine I've ever owned. I wish I would have shopped around because this machine takes more energy than it saves. My housekeeper hates this thing. A dollar bill clogs it and causes the whole machine to overflow your laundry room. It doesn't clean with a crap and never dries anything all the way. I own Samsung everything and now I'm just greatly disappointed so glad I didn't buy it the refrigerator like I planned.
