Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't let all the teck stuff get you sidetracked. It is a very easy unit to use The app lets you keep track of washing and drying. And it lets you know energy and water consumption. My first load came out great. I had some wrinkles in with the three cotton work pants. I put it through the steam cycle and it took the wrinkles out I recommend this unit to anyone who can use a smart phone

Not a great design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design isnt the greatest. I didnt realize until i started hooking it up. First of all the back is a cluster. The water hose connectors are way too close to the power cable and the vent. It would be nice to have options for both the vent and the power cord placement. It would also be nice to be able to switch which way the door opens. I wanted to have the unit to the far right of my laundry room, but the cluster in the back required me to put it to the left of the room. Now the door swings open to the left and makes it super awkward to get clothes into it. The capacity is good. The Performance will have to wait for a few weeks, but for now is okay. The technology is good as samsung usually is.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Get space at home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was dreaming with this appliance for a couple years. It is an amazing appliance, super quiet and will my kids help me with laundry :). The black color is modern and timeless. It dries the cloths leaving it fresh. I can clean my king size comforter with not issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an evolution on laundry. Put in the load and go to sleep, put in the load before going work and all done when you get back. If you live in a smaller space, then this will give you some more room as well.

Excellent purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the all in one a little over a month ago and so far so good it’s been great. We went with the vented version because of the potential for a loger lifespan a less maintenance.
Love being able to to almost set and forget. It will take some routine adjustments if you like to hang dry certain clothes since you aren’t swapping clothes out. But overall hasn’t been an issue. Haven’t had any issues with drying. There were a few things that didn’t get quite dry, but our other dryer sometimes didn’t dry everything as well. Probably one of the downsides to the sensor drying.
Overall extremely pleased with the purchase. The only con I can think of is the weight. Our laundry room is upstairs and the two guys delivering it struggled. Not sure what I’ll do if we ever move.
