[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I do not consider myself to be tech savvy but am loving how the smart things app works so well with this washer/dryer. My clothing smells cleaner than with my old washing machine. The clothing is drying perfectly, but I can also pause the cycle to take clothing out that I want to hang before the drying cycle starts. This machine has saved me time and I love it.

I Wish I Could Create My Own Cycles Tailored To Exactly Each Setting I Want. Also The Smart Control Doesn’t Stay On. While Washing Cycle Machine Makes Weird Loud Noises & Vibrates & Shakes A Lot.

The Laundry Combo detects the type, weight, and soil level of your laundry, and then selects the wash cycle settings accordingly.
We shared the manual link below for steps to take when your clothes are not dry after the cycle and are making loud noises. Please go to page 90 under "Excessive vibrations or makes noise" and page 93 under "Items are not dried".
