Almost great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel like it cleans great. It saves a lot on electricity and water and detergent. Some things that wasn’t clear at purchase are the door cannot be reversed, this machine is 240v while the ventless is 120, machine is extra heavy, detergent bubbling feature is not explained clearly. After using I noticed that touchscreen lack’s explanations of what the different washing modes do, when using wash and dry there is no option to change spin cycle from extra high which makes the imbalance impossible to work itself out so it started the dry cycle while wet and ended with wet. Another is small towels got stuck on the walls after the extra high spin cycle and then the dry cycle didn’t work, it was partially damp. So I feel in some loads I have to adjust the load before the dry cycle starts. Oh and I don’t know what the ai does. The old upright from Samsung I bought 8 years ago had sensing .

Not having to move items from the washer to the dryer has been a pleasure. The WiFi connectivity let's one tend to other tasks without having to constantly check timers.

Great for saving space without sacrificing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a very limited space, so a combo unit opens up a lot more cabinet space (once I get around to it...). Totally changes the way you do laundry, just set the completion time right before you get back from work and then you don't think about it at all. Washes great, drying takes noticeably longer than predicted, but it does end up dry. You just have to learn the about how much longer and compensate (30-40min for clothes and 1-1.5 hrs for sheets/towels for us). UI works well on the washer and on the app, I only wish you didn't have to confirm the cycle physically on the washer since in my mind I usually load it first and then think what cycle do I want.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a new and I was apprehensive since the level of technology with this machine seemed a bit daunting but I was ready to take on a challenge. No challenge here, simply easy user, friendly options. My laundry loads from the very first were fresh, clean, crisp and dry. I’ve washed a wide variety of textiles, all with positive outcomes. My King size sheet and bedspread were handled as well as a smaller load. Happy with this purchase and I have more to experience- looking forward to my discoveries:)
