Efficiency: there is a lot of waiting time, the clothes come out wrinkled and with lint, even when using wrinkle prevention. But it is very good that it doesn’t retain bad odors if you fall asleep or forget to put it to dry.
I like that I can refill the detergent and fabric softener and not have to add them in every wash. The filter is designed to be cleaned perfectly. I love that the door opens and that I can control it from my phone. I also like its technological and versatile display. I also like that it notifies me on my different devices about the washing and drying progress. Capacity acord a single family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivery communication was organized and punctual. Delivery men were courteous and helpful. Product was huge and heavy which means it's not cheap, in every sense of the word. ATM, I'm doing my very first load so, can't tell the quality of the wash yet though, I'm expecting it to be better. The power reset I did after the first load fixed the pad or screen which was stuck on "Registering" mode. Online says it's could be a glitch with the Smart Things app. After the wash and dry, I obserbed lint stuck around the rubber gasket. Hopefully that will go away and will not affect the colors of my next load.
I would also like to mention my disappointment that after it was unwrapped in front of me by the delivery people, there were prominent scratches around the glossy part of the washer door. There was also a deep scratch on the side of the unit. Brand new and yet with scratches!
