The performance has been frustrating.

I’m disappointed with my Bespoke AI Laundry machine. I had high expectations, but the performance has been frustrating. The AI Wash+Dry feature, which is supposed to automatically detect load size and moisture levels, consistently falls short. It often leaves my clothes damp, even after long cycles. I’ve had to run additional dry-only cycles—sometimes up to 1.5 hours—and clothes are still not fully dry. I’ve checked the filters and everything is clean, so that’s not the issue. At this point, it seems only suitable for very light loads like socks and underwear. Definitely not what I expected from a premium appliance marketed as “intelligent.”

Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring causes error

I Love ❤️ the features

Learning the features from online. My phone alerts me off the progress and when finished. I have to learn how to set from my phone. Hubby is having trouble downloading the app. Other than that so far so great.

Reliable laundry combo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though it is very tall and deep, it saves a lot of room. The main thing to keep in mind is where you are installing it, mostly because of the depth. In my laundry room, I was able to add a cabinet on each side this unit and a countertop over all pcs. Has lots of wash options and can be accessed from your smartphone. I really like that I don't have to transfer the heavy wet clothes out of the washer into the dryer now. I also like that it auto adds liquid detergent and softener for each wash. It has saved a little time overall on the whole process, but not as much as advertised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the product itself, but would love if the door opened towards the right side like a normal front load dryer instead of the left side. I think they should consider making the drum position a lot higher then where positioned currently because it's difficult for tall people to have access and get clothes in and out without feeling like you have to sit down to do it since too low. I like the variety of cycles available and still learning to use.

It’s a great space-saving solution, perfect for smaller homes or apartments. The washing performance is excellent — clothes come out clean and fresh, even on quick cycles. The dryer function works well, though it does take a bit longer than a standalone dryer to fully dry heavier items like towels or blankets.
I appreciate the variety of cycle options and the quiet operation. The controls are straightforward, and the machine feels sturdy and well-built. The main downside is that the drying process can be time-consuming, but for the convenience of having two appliances in one, it’s worth it.
