Excellent results, issues are minor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall love the machine. My only qualm is you need to memorize what all the profiles do. There is no manual mode or ability to override water temperatures or dryer settings. For example, "normal" mode won't allow me to select cold water and wont allow me to change dryer temp. I have to remember which setting meets this criteria.
Additionally, delicate mode does not allow me to dispense detergent using the auto dispenser, which is frustrating. No ability to override.

Capacity is great and washes great. Drying might take another 20 mins cycle sometimes, but overall I am very content.

The best part of the washer is that I don't have to add detergent or softener every time I wash, it dispenses it self WOW. Plus I have more room in my laundry room.

Good idea for laundry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good idea for washer and dryer to be one unit. The best feature besides not having to transfer the laundry is the dryer function. The clothes do not get balled up because the dryer turns clockwise and the turns counter clockwise. Not sure about the fancy smart phone operation or the touch screen. We shall see how well it all holds up. My unit is vented so total time to wash and dry are about the same as my former stack unit. So far, very happy. I do wish there was an owners manual instead of going online for information and operations. I also don’t like that to get faulty or error codes you have to go to your smart phone instead of the unit touch screen.
