[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just set it up about two days ago. And so far it’s pretty cool. I am notorious for starting clothes, and forgetting to put them in the dryer, and having to rewash them. Although this was a very expensive purchase, I think overall, it will make my life easier. Next time. They should make a clothes, washer that also folds the clothes. that was a joke. I did not. I can’t believe how quiet it is. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is because for my work pants. I have to pull them out of the dryer, so they don’t drink and I cannot figure out how to do it, besides, starting a wash cycle, pulling them out and then starting a dry cycle as I cannot lower the temperature of the heat on the dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ran my first medium load of colors. Panel is great. Clean and easy to use. It was nice not having to transfer clothing. However, in this load was two towels. They were still damp after the normal setting cycle. Put it on timed dry dor 20 minutes. I decided to check on it after ten minutes and paused the machine. I waited, and waited and waited some more for the door to unlock just to check it. They were done. Stopped the timed dry. Overall, I am still excited about the machine, but I am definitely going to have to adjust the way I do laundry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far very happy with my purchase. My clothes are cleaner, I don't have to remember to move from washer to dryer, and drying is sufficient after a small adjustment to dryness level. The level of customization to wash/dry cycles is very useful.
Deliver was timely and the driver was very friendly and helpful. He had things set up in no time.

Love the all in 1 combo - vented is the way to go

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I start my wash at night and have a load all done by morning. Love that! Now just need the machine to fold them too. 😆 For the most part things come out dry. I noticed there have been a few blanket loads where I had to put a Timed Dry cycle on afterwards. Similar to what I had to do with my previous standalone dryer unit. Also, looked at standard dimension on site when I bought it. Neglected to consider ‘venting pipe’ behind. Even with flex venting host my unit does not fit in my standard laundry area (bifold door setup), so we had to take bifold off on one side. Looks kind of goofy—but love the machine so I guess I’m stuck with this setup. Overall, happy with purchase.

Bespoke Washer a Lemon!

My washer and dryer are only two years old. My household consists of only two people, and we use the machines only once a week, on Sundays. Despite this light use, the washer has already experienced part failures.
A Samsung technician informed me that the broken parts were not caused by misuse or neglect on my part but stated that “sometimes it just happens.” Unfortunately, Samsung’s warranty is only one year, which made it difficult to get proper support, even though the issue is clearly premature for such a new appliance.
Currently, the washer drum is not leveled, and the machine makes a loud noise when operating. I attempted to call and text the technician who worked on my machine, but since I was his last appointment, he never returned or followed up with me.
At this point, I feel like I have purchased a lemon. For a washer and dryer that are only two years old and so lightly used, this type of failure is unacceptable. I am requesting that Samsung stand by its product and provide a meaningful resolution. If this matter cannot be resolved directly, I will be seeking assistance from the Better Business Bureau.
