If you'll notice every bad review is the result of improper ventilation and not having the critical thinking skills to perform a hard restart when a error screen is persistent. Properly vent your units and they will dry. When encountering a software/firmware issue, unplug the maching, unplug the motherboard, wait 1-5ish mins, plug in and 95% of the time it will fix the error.

I was so hopeful about this purchase. What a space saver. We are barely a year out from purchase, and it is a disaster. This appliance requires so much maintenance; it is truly mind boggling.
If you do a lot of laundry, if you have pets, 10/10 do not recommend this machine.
After a year, I am required to clean out the filter every two weeks. I am not sure why as I clean the lint filter daily. There is a tube that is supposed to drain the water to a "bowl" or "bucket". That is false, it spills all over the floor. Sadly, I am stuck with this machine for the foreseeable future.
Besides the maintenance, this machine dries clothes terribly. Once upon a time you threw pants in the dryer to get the wrinkles out, not with this one! It barely dries, taking more then one cycle.
It truly is a huge mistake to purchase. Save your money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have completed about 6 loads so far and I am liking it. The notifications on your phone are great. The clothes are feeling clean. It is easy to pause the cycle to remove the clothes you want to line dry. It is taking a lot of the the thinking and mental burden out of finishing laundry and we can all use less to worry about. Now to add some pretty design in my lame laundry room with the space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great 5* product for a certain users. I am giving it 3 stars cause the installation team didn't do a full installation.. They were not only under prepared for the dryer vent but, also took the plugs that are supposed to cover the holes that are left after the moving bolts are removed. Now I expect there would be more frequent maintenance as more dust goes into the system... One thing you will love is the Lint catcher and how easy it is to clean it.👌🏽

This machine is an all in one where you have to wait till one full cycle is done. Where traditional washer dryer dual set you can run parallel cycles which makes it overall faster. The compensation point is you can run it and forget it and it will do the full task for you. So if you are going to go away after letting the washer run, with this machine you will never have fault smelling clothes. If you are a family or a person that gets your laundry done in one go waiting on site.. This will definitely frustrate you. Me I love it cause as long as I do laundry every week it's the best laundry machine I ever encountered...

Overall great with one annoying "safety feature"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far pretty good unit. I've only ran a couple cycles. One thing I dont care for is the safety feature that won't allow me to open the door while drying. If you try to open the door it will give you a warning that its hot and will keep it locked for several minutes while it cools down. I think I can handle opening the dryer on my own samsung. This is an inconvenience if you want to throw something in or grab something out in a hurry.
