[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 5/5 because this is our second pair of Samsung washer/dryer front loaders. The first pair lasted 10+ years so when we went to purchase again we knew we wanted either same or similar. The set we just purchased is the updated version. It does have WiFi controls that are new and pretty neat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the older model of this brand it's lasted 16 year with very few minor maintenance occasions. This is why we decided to upgrade and be able to get this new edition with a few more upgrades and the same reliability and professional set up. Samsung has definitely become a household brand in my home. No questions asked. Thank you for the great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this unit today so have only ran 3 loads but so far it’s been great! Clothes come out clean and completely dry and takes around 2 hours for a normal sized load!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. I’m on Day 6 and I have washed 5 loads of clothes at different loads sizes. I have added Laundry Beads and started using again Fabric Softener. I love the AI component. My question to Samsung would be, what about the dryer sheets? POINT OF REFERENCE: Please be sure that your installer removes all of the shipping bones. ALL IN ALL, I’m happy with this purchase.
