[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this washer-dryer combo, and overall, I’m very satisfied. It’s a great space-saving solution, perfect for smaller homes or apartments. The washing performance is excellent — clothes come out clean and fresh, even on quick cycles. The dryer function works well, though it does take a bit longer than a standalone dryer to fully dry heavier items like towels or blankets.
I appreciate the variety of cycle options and the quiet operation. The controls are straightforward, and the machine feels sturdy and well-built. The main downside is that the drying process can be time-consuming, but for the convenience of having two appliances in one, it’s worth it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, my husband suggested this vented combo unit for our small laundry room and I am happy we decided to purchase it. The first load we tested was a combination of towels and a comforter. The unit was quiet when running and I was pleasantly surprised to find that all of the items were dry at the the end of the cycle. Our old dryer required multiple dry cycles achieve this result. We are impressed!

BEFORE YOU BUY… honest review of why I miss my set

I have had my machine for 2 months now and quickly realized how I miss my old set. This is supposed to save time, however nothing is fully dry unless I run the dryer separately. There are limited options provided when running both wash/dry setting.
If you are lucky enough to have a dedicated laundry room, then this point won’t apply. But if you have a laundry room that is shared with door leading into the garage, This may apply to you. We had to run out drainage hose and water lines to accommodate the awkward and large size of the machine. In order for our laundry door and the door leading to the garage from banging up against the machine and because you can’t switch the placement of the door to swing out a different way. Options may be VERY limited.
It is not a pet friendly machine as all my dark clothes appear to collect more dog hair then the vent itself.
The drum is so small that I’m actually having to do smaller loads which means this combo really isn’t “time saving”. I now have to take all of my washable rugs to the laundry mat.
There’s a setting that you have to drain the water, however they place the valve at the bottom of the machine. However the placement I feel it was an after thought rather than thinking things through and realizing that gravity is a thing.
The hose is at the bottom and can’t drain into a bowl/bucket because of a) the hose is too small and b) it can’t properly drain due to gravity (the hose would be in an S shape)
In total— if I could have a do over. I WOULDN’T buy this machine
