This is actually my second time time owning this combo as my new home buyers begged to keep the last set. The features make for a fun laundry day. Must have if you want a quiet, smoother, efficient washer and dryer set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been a long time since I’ve purchased a washer and dryer but thought I’d try to step up to current standards. This machine is awesome. Washing and drying without transferring clothes saves my wife trips up and down stairs. The technology scared me to start but clear instructions found this 71 year old guy doing the laundry now. I am impressed with Samsung and I’m sure the W/D combo we have will outlast me. Quite smooth and efficient. Well done Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the space that this unit created. Now I can put a rack in to hang clothes as I pull them out plus more storage. And we all love space.
The design is fantastic. For seniors who have trouble lifting and moving things, this is very much appreciated as we get much older and want to stay in our homes and take care of ourselves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this combo! No more having to wash loads multiple times because someone forgets to put the washed load in the dryer! I can literally fill this machine & forget about it until I get a notification on my phone that it’s all done. My son just found all of the apps & has been watching videos on the machine while folding laundry for me which may be the best part of this machine for me! I’ve only had this machine for two days so I still have a lot to learn but so far I’m beyond happy with our purchase. Besides all the fun extras this machine has, it actually washes our clothes so much better than any of my old machines. The laundry feels, looks, & smells so nice! I am beyond happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most owners love the "load and go" lifestyle, but it requires more care than a standard dryer.
The Best Part: The 5.3 cu. ft. capacity is massive. You can wash and dry a King-size comforter in one go without moving wet heavy laundry.
The Reality Check: While small loads dry in ~98 minutes, full loads take 4–5 hours.
The "Damp" Feel: Because it uses a heat pump (no vent), clothes come out feeling slightly cool/humid but flash-dry in seconds.
The Big Warning: It is maintenance heavy. You must clean the lint filter after every load and the heat exchanger every month, or drying performance drops instantly.
Known Defect: Watch out for the tiny magnet in the lint filter; if it falls out (a common issue), the machine won't run.
I would recommend this to a friend!
