The AI Wash feature is impressive it intelligently adjusts washing and rinsing cycles based on the load, ensuring dishes come out spotless without the need for pre-rinsing. The upgraded 3rd Rack is a thoughtful addition, providing dedicated space for utensils and drinkware, which helps in organizing and maximizing space. The StormWash+ system handles heavily soiled pots and pans with ease, delivering intensive cleaning from multiple angles.
Aesthetically, the clean white finish and hidden touch controls give it a sleek, modern look that complements my kitchen decor.
One of the most remarkable aspects is its quiet it's as silent as a library, allowing me to run it at any time without disturbance.

Efficient, Quiet, and Surprisingly Smart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] AI Wash does all the thinking for you. I just load it up, hit start, and it figures out the best cycle. No guessing. StormWash+ is a powerhouse. Even the greasy pans come out clean without scrubbing. The 3rd rack is a game-changer for utensils and smaller items frees up a lot of space below. It’s super quiet. I can watch TV in the next room and forget it’s even running. SmartThings app is a cool bonus. I didn’t think I’d use it, but it’s handy to check status or get alerts.I’m honestly impressed. It works better than expected, uses less water and energy, and takes no effort to use. If you’re on the fence go for it.

Excellent Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher. First off, it looks great in my house and the matte black finish has a very sleek look. The 3rd rack washing system gives me a great place drinkware and cleans the insides really well. The SmartDry with AutoRelease makes sure everything is dry by morning so all items can be put away. I don't have to pre-rinse any dishes since the AI wash system ensures all stubborn food and dirt is cleaned off. The Stormwash+ also does an incredible job cleaning all sides of every item I put in. I really like how quiet the washer is since its close to our living room - never disturbs my family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The experience with the Samsung Bespoke dishwasher has been great so far. I like all the wash cycles, especially the AI wash cycles. The third rack for cups and utensils is very useful. It allows for more dishes to be placed on the second row. The positioning of the panel on on the top of the door i s very helpful. In the past, I have had to lock the panel to keep it from getting started by accident. It's very quiet and is not really noticable when running. I like that it pops open when the wash cycles is finished. i would definitely recommend it.

Powerful Cleaning without Noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this dishwasher for about a week now and I’m genuinely impressed.
This item was a huge upgrade from our previous unit. While at first, I was skeptical of the advertised 3rd rack, it has quickly become my favorite feature. I’m a tall guy so bending or squatting down to put silverware into the holder has always been tedious. Typically, I’d haphazardly throw them in and cross my fingers our utensils end up getting cleaned. Not anymore, the 3rd rack has a luxurious tray to place in each item, so they’re perfectly spaced out. To make it even better, they have dedicated washers for small cups and pint size cups.
The washer provides you with a variety of different washes. We typically use the “Normal” option and it’s done its job. While it’s running, we can barely hear it. This is great because after a long day, the last thing I want to do is listen to loud sloshing sounds from the other room when I’m trying to relax with my wife watching TV or a movie.
There is one feature I’m not too thrilled about and need more time to determine if I like it. That feature is the auto release door. I’m all for efficiency and reduced energy consumption, but I have quite got used to waking up to the door ajar. None the less, I’m overall satisfied with its drying capabilities. The setting is easily disabled, I just haven’t made a formal decision to take that action
Overall, it’s a winner. It has everything I need and more. To make it better, it adds a nice sleek touch and compliments our other Stainless Steel Samsung appliances. It’s even very easy to connect to the Smartthings app.

Meets my family’s needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had an opportunity to use our dishwasher 4 times during the week that we’ve had it. These are my personal experiences over that timeframe.
The dishwasher was a pleasant visual addition to our clean-looking kitchen. It matches very well with our other Stainless-Steel appliances. The one we picked is fingerprint resistant which is a great feature being that we have a toddler who loves to put his grimy hands on just about any surface. As much as we love those little hands, it’s best those reminders aren’t on everything. If there is a smudge, it’s easily wiped off.
I was blown away by its capacity and ability to hold a very large load of dishes. It has three racks; the bottom rack is relatively standard but does have some adjustable features to allow bulky items to be fit in. The second (middle) rack is fully adjustable height wise. There are three levels it can be on. And the bonus third rack is a real winner; it has a nifty utensil rack and spot for glasses. The glasses have a dedicated washer that gets the items squeaky clean.
After a new load has been put in, I typically select the “normal” setting and let it do it’s thing. There are more settings but that’s my go to. When it’s on, it is so darn quiet. I even had to get real close to the unit to ensure that it was on and working the first time I started it. This is great because my husband and I love watching TV but we can’t have it too load to not wake our children. We always had to find “the sweet spot” for volume with our other unit, but not this one.
All and all, this is a real winner and a great new addition to our home.

Silent and Efficient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never knew a dishwasher could be so quiet! I had to double check to make sure it was actually running because I could not hear it. It works very well and is easy to use. We did a test on it and put in an unrinsed cereal bowl that my son had left in his room for over a day and it cleaned it perfectly! I love that the top rack has space for glasses and it sprays directly into each glass. The dryer is great as well and does not leave any water spots. The design had a lot of thought put into it to truly maximize the space and amount that it could hold. I never imagined a dishwasher could be so different, but this one truly changes the dish washing experience. It also syncs up with our Samsung refrigerator and smart things app. I highly recommend this dishwasher!!!
