Goes well in a nice kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Long time Samsung user, and this product did not disappoint. It is sleek and luxurious. Yes, luxurious!
We recently remodeled our kitchen and this modern looking dishwasher fits in nicely. 3 shelves means everything fits with no wasted space. The middle shelf raises and lowers to accommodate more items.
I've never seen a light in a dishwasher before but I like it. Not sure it adds much functionality but it looks great.
Plenty of settings for different wash cycles,and the screen on the door shows how long a cycle will take. I found it easier to use the SmartThings app but the door screen is more than adequate. There is a setting for plastics who's great-no more melted cups or food storage containers.
Probably the best part of running this dishwasher is how quiet it is. I only hear the water running during fill parts of the cycle, never hear the actual washing. I'll admit that I've checked the door screen and the app a few time to make sure tmi turned it on!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Looking and Silent Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the new Samsung DW90F89P0USRAA bespoke dishwasher. I am very satisfied with the appearance of the dishwasher with a flush face and a clear display with capacitive buttons at the top of the door. Most impressive is how silent the machine is when operating. It is truly silent! Our previous Samsung dishwasher could be heard from the living while watching TV. Once properly installed (no gaps between the cabinet and countertop and the dishwasher gaskets) you will have to place your ear on the door to confirm it is running.
At first I was concerned with a handle-less front door, but it works very well and could be opened manually with little effort if needed. To open the door you lightly press at the top and a little piston pops open the door a few inches. It's a great feature to enable a flush face without a handle and gives a nice little "wow factor" to the design. Samsung provides a jig to open the door in case of a power outage, but I found that simply applying pressure on both sides of the door to open it did the trick. No worries about a locked dishwasher in case of a power outage.
The dishwasher contains the same StormWash+ feature on previous models for cleaning pots and pans, which is nice to have. The top rack has a new dedicated glass cleaning bay that focuses water streams on your glassware. This seems like a nice dedicated function which should help to clean glass better vs. being placed vertically on the bottom rack. You lose a little space for silverware in the top rack compared to the old dishwasher, but we have found ourselves not using the full utensil rack on the old machine and therefore space utilization is more optimal with this new feature.
Racks adjust vertically easily and glide flawlessly when opening and closing. They layout (which is adjustable) works better than with our old dishwasher and provides numerous fixtures to support pans, wine glasses and other large dishes as needed.
Integration with SmartThings has been done well. My Galaxy Fold 5 immediately and automatically discovered the dishwasher once it was plugged in. Setup was a breeze and I had it working remotely in no time without any difficulties. Enabling certain features like Smart Heat Dry are only accessible if the remote function is enabled at the dishwasher. It would be nice if this wasn't required and was always automatically enabled.
This is an impressive machine and we are pleased with our purchase.

The Ultimate Dishwasher for Modern Kitchens

One of the standout features for me is the Wi-Fi connectivity — being able to monitor and control the dishwasher remotely through the SmartThings app adds a layer of convenience I didn’t know I needed. It’s especially helpful on busy days when I want to start a load from another room or check the status without walking over.
What really impressed me, though, is how well this dishwasher cleans. I no longer have to pre-rinse or scrub dishes before loading them — even heavily soiled pots and pans come out sparkling. The AI Wash and Dry cycle works brilliantly, adjusting as needed to get optimal cleaning and drying results. Every night, it holds all of our dishes, including larger cookware, without feeling cramped or overloaded.

So Much to love!

We got this one to match our other Samsung appliances in matte black. This dishwasher is amazing! The AI mode literally get the dishes spotless and they are now

The second and theirs row allow you to tip your cups so they don’t have water on the top of them at the end of the cycle. Some really nice touches are the light on the inside and the light outside. They add ambiance when the door is closed and allows you too see inside when the door is open. Also it’s so quiet!!!! I forget it’s in sometimes. The smart thing app also alerts me to when a cycle is completed and I can remote start it if I wanted to as well. This washer is honestly the best dishwasher I’ve ever owned. I’ve raved about it to all my friends when they come over. No doubt Samsung has a
Winner on their hands with this dishwasher.

Whisper Quiet and full of technology

Over time, food stayed on the dishes after they’d ran through the wash cycle, the door handle had to be replaced twice, and near the end I wasn’t able to select the wash components because they automatically stayed on! The new Samsung dishwasher is quite the upgrade from my old dishwasher! Three racks in a dishwasher? Wow! No handle to potentially break and need replaced?! Controls are in the top of the door so you don’t see them on the outside. The dishwasher connects with an app on my phone and I can control the wash cycles and see how much time remains, that is helpful. AI will detect the soil on my dishes use which cycle is best so it saves me from forgetting to change the cycle which helps with saving energy. I like the auto release dry option that opens the door when the wash is finished to help dry the dishes more efficiently. The best feature of the dishwasher is how quiet it is! The first time I ran the dishwasher, I had to keep checking it to make sure it was running because I couldn’t hear it! I was used to my last dishwasher and how loud it was. I just assumed that was normal and how all dishwashers were. This is my first Samsung dishwasher and after using it several times, I recommend this. In addition to all of the helpful features, my dishes come out clean and no spots on my glasses. The light inside the dishwasher is pretty handy, too, when I’m putting dishes in. I am really loving having a new dishwasher!

Amazingly Quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had the product installed a few days and could not wait to fill and use it. The dishwasher has many features, including ability to connect to the smart app. The three racks are a great use of overall space and glide with ease. There are several features I love, including the fact that you can you can set it to automatically open at the end of a cycle. If you run the dishwasher at the end of the day like me, and forget you have clean dishes in the dishwasher to unload the next day, it's an instant reminder and I haven't forgotten to unload the dishwasher one single day! Running the dishwasher at night is doable because it is ultra quiet, in fact, I had to double check few times to make sure I started it, because it was I wasn't sure it was on and indeed it was. I've tried a few wash cycles and so far, all of my dishes were clean with no re-rinsing or cleaning and there is an option to add the dry cycle or not.
I am really pleasantly surprised and enjoying this dishwasher, it's quiet, efficient and has a lot of great options/features that suit any lifestyle. I also like the look of the dishwasher and think it makes a great addition to the overall look of the kitchen.
Very happy with the purchase and would do it again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are happy with our new dishwasher. First of all, it looks nice and it's really quiet, which we think it's great. The reason I would say 4 stars instead of 5 is that I still am not 100% sure how to properly load it, since the manual that comes with it doesn't give any tips on how to load it for the best use. I still haven't tried all it's modes yet (because it has lots, which is a good thing!).
We feel overall besides washing everything well, it also seems to fit more things than our older dishwasher. The main cycle we have been using is the AI one, which takes 2 hours to complete and once it's done, things are always clean, dry and not super hot to use immediately. Overall I have no complaints and believe if if came with more practical manual explaining how to make the best use it has the potential to be considered a 5 star dishwasher.

The main cycle we have been using is the AI one, which takes 2 hours to complete and once it's done, things are always clean, dry and not super hot to use immediately.
