Great so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the unit for around a year. It's very flexible with loading and does a great job cleaning and drying. We normally run it in the AI mode with good results. The dishwasher is nearly silent and I LOVE that! I can stand next to it in a quiet house and normally I don't even notice it's running. It also has been working well in Smart things. When it's done running we get a popup alerting us on all the Samsung tvs in the house. Really pleased with this dishwasher.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quiet, Spacious, and Perfect for Family Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher in August 2025, and it has been fantastic for our family. The 3rd rack is incredibly useful for cups and small items, and it frees up so much space below. The dedicated glass and cup washing area makes sure the cups and glasses comes out clean even with coffee or tea stains. it is extra quite and you barely hear it running.
The Wi‑Fi features are a nice bonus, especially when I want to start a cycle remotely. After months of use, it’s been reliable, quiet, and a great upgrade to our kitchen.

Nice upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is amazing the only downside is the three racks make it difficult to fill and make sure that it still spins. The light inside is an extra perk. And love that all the appliances talk to one another and alert my phone when the cycle is complete.

The adjustable middle row

Not Worth the Premium Price

This one is decent overall, but the cleaning performance on the third (top) rack is practically useless—it doesn’t clean anything up there. It’s definitely quiet, which is nice, but cleaning is the main purpose, and it doesn’t deliver considering the premium price. I’ve tried contacting Samsung Care to see if they could offer any advice or point out whether I might be doing something wrong.
