[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this product! Super easy to use, efficient, and spacious. Color is sleek, price was great for me, and it leaves my dishes spotless. Very quiet as well and very customizable with regards to settings and noise. Love it.

Amazing kitchen helper--Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 9-year-old Samsung Dishwasher with this one and could not believe how much better it creates sparkling clean dishes. We were also amazed at how much quieter it is and how smart it is to adjust to the conditions of the dishes, using the AI wash setting. The auto open door feature is brilliant, making everything is dry and ready minutes after the wash is complete. Using the Smart Things APP we set it to be on during our utility company's super saver hours, so we are usually sleeping while it is hard and quietly at work. There are just the two of us, but as we cook almost all our meals there is still plenty of room to use it once or twice a week. I imagine a large family would fill it more quickly, but it does have a huge capacity and a variety of ways of putting in various types of dishes and cutlery. It stays clean looking and is very attractive as an addition to the kitchen.

Noise? What noise?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought my dishwasher was quiet, but then I bought the Samsung...I find myself checking to make sure it's actually running because it's so quiet in comparison. I bought it for the 3rd rack that holds glasses and coffee cups, but stayed for it's efficiency and noise level. I highly recommend.

Great machine only 1 makor flaw to address samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Capacity is amazing. Self clean mode in AI great reminder. Ability to clean the basket unlike legacy units a plus. Efficiently runs . Ergonomics need work. The door when opening you need to.bend to put flat for bottom roll out it tends to keep hinged up on 45 degree angle. Noise is supper quiet. That talking voice needs to go it's creepy glass you can turn it off. Would be 5 stars without the door ergonomics item.

Smaller capacity & poor rack management

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smaller rack width (almost 1.5inch short compared to any other brand) & poor rack management makes it difficult to arrange plates, bowls & other utensils. If you lower middle rack its rotating spray blade will stuck due to dishes on bottom rack & if you raise it above you can't fit small plates as it get blocked by 3rd row. I struggle every night when placing dishes(I don't like it). I raised the complain on my 1st day of use but response was I'll have to pay restocking fee so was forced to keep it. Also it's way to loud for 1st 15-20mins & for sure its not below 42db. Over all capacity is small & can fit for smaller family (people up to 3) & if you have 4th person then it's too tight to fit utensils. After I purchased I've compared it with many other dishwasher at friends home & trust me this one is smaller in capacity due to smaller rack width (I'm not talking about exterior measurements, they are standard size).
No issues in washing & drying, it does it well. Controlling thru smarthings app is great, love the features & it looks good.
Will not recommend only because of poor rack management as I struggle to arrange dishes every time I use it.

Quiet and efficient

Dishes come out clean and I appreciate the smart things integration. The top rack for glasses and silverware is great. I was worried that the auto open door could be a failure point, but has worked great so far.

Love everything about this dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before we replaced our old dishwasher, I was doing most of the dishes by hand. Since we have gotten this Samsung, I have completely changed my dishwashing routine. I am continually amazed at how effectively this thing cleans even dried-on debris. I don't bother wiping anything before putting it in the dishwasher; if anything, it gets a quick rinse and a scrape to remove leftover food before going in the washer. With just two people in my household, we run the cycle once a day at most, and some of those dishes that get washed at the end of the day have been in there since breakfast. Pie pans that had a brown patina from frequent baking return to their chrome color after just a few trips in this thing. I won't say everything comes out clean, but it's a rare instance when a dish or a pot has to be hand washed after spending time in this thing.
I went shopping just last week to replace a dishwasher in a rental that my son owns and was struck by the difference between this Samsung and the models I was looking at. All metal tub and door sheathing is totally worth it. And the versatility of the three drawers lets you really load a lot of dishes in ways that ensures they will come out clean. And the noise level is so low, you can barely detect that it is running until it discharges the dirty water down the drain.
I have a kitchen full of Samsung appliances, and I have had no problems with any of them. I got hooked on the SmartThings app that connects them all, and it has been very useful in reminding me when to perform preventive maintenance to keep everything humming along.
