Great dishwasher

The dishwasher cleans really well and love that it opens when finished. I have many Samsung smart appliances and now with the dishwasher being able to connect to smart things is great. Last but not least I love the look, it's very sleek and modern, I got the white and love the color .

Ultra Quiet Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke Dishwasher has upgraded my kitchen and made cleaning dishes easier than ever. Some key features that make this dishwasher stand out is there are three rows to load dishes, the dishwasher has a light inside to easily see dishes, it’s ultra quiet, and it cleans and dries dishes quickly and efficiently. I love how sleek and simple the dishwasher looks and that it’s finger print resistant. Additionally the dishwasher has an AI function that learns how to wash and rinse based on the dishes in each load. My overall favorite feature of this dishwasher is how quiet it is, you literally can’t hear it running. It’s the dishwasher of the future that I’m going to be recommending to all my friends and family.

Love my new Dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have enjoyed using our 2025 Samsung Bespoke dishwasher, model # DW90F89P0USRAA! It not only looks amazing in our kitchen, it works great too! The front is in a fingerprint resistant stainless steel, and it has a sleek, handle-less design. The auto open door was a little tricky to learn how to use at first, but I've figured it out with a little practice! Also, at 38 dBA this dishwasher is super quiet!
So far I've only used the AI wash cycles and have been very impressed! The 3rd rack (very top one) has a small area for utensils, along with an area for cups and glasses. This area for utensils is pretty small. We use a lot of silverware at my house, so this little area fills up pretty quickly. I end up having to put the rest of the dirty silverware down below in the Cutlery Basket. This is not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. I prefer having ALL my silverware in one place. The cup washing area is great! Having this designated spot for cups and glasses saves me so much room in the middle rack to put other things. The bottom rack holds all our plates and big bowls - couldn't be more pleased!
Before I turn the dishwasher on, I have to select SMART DRY and the LOW, HIGH, or MAX setting. I prefer the HIGH setting. At the end of the cycle, the auto release feature causes the door to pop open to continue the drying process. It sings a little song when it's done - we hear it throughout the house! It's a very pleasant little tune!
This dishwasher connects with my SmartThings App on my phone. It's so nice to be able to monitor the cycle and see the status of the wash, such as how much longer it has until it finishes.
My biggest complaint is the cord. The cord connects to the dishwasher in the FRONT left corner. From there, it runs around to the back of the dishwasher, where it then gets plugged into an outlet. (for reference, all of our other dishwasher cords have been located in the BACK.) This creates a problem because the cord is too short - by the time it runs around to where it needs to go, it's TOO SHORT to reach the outlet. We are having to pay an electrician to come out and move our outlet to remedy this situation. I am not happy about that.
Aside from the small utensil holder on the top rack, and the short cord, we are very pleased with this dishwasher. It does a fabulous job washing and drying our dishes, and is a HUGE improvement from our old one!

Silent, Powerful Cleaning!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we moved into our house, we had a very basic and very loud dishwasher. It had basically no options and the cleaning power was pretty bad, we mostly handwashed dishes. I heard nothing but good things about Samsung dishwashers so I was excited to give this one a shot. After the delivery guys installed it, we powered it on and it instantly wanted to connect through the Smart Things app! Once I allowed it, I literally didn't have to do anything else, Smart Things had connected it to the Wi-Fi and started an update. This is truly one of the best parts of having the Smart Things app.
Once it was time to start a wash cycle, I was met with a plethora of options for cycle types. I went with the AI Wash cycle and let it go. This thing is so quiet I didn't realize it was running, I actually panicked a little at first. When the cycle was done, I was met with DRY and sparkling clean dishes. I used a basic detergent as i don't use the pods and was still met with amazing results. After using the dishwasher many times by this point, the only problem I have had so far is that when I opened the dishwasher mid-cycle, it would not restart and I basically just had to turn it off and then on again. This hasn't happened since. There was a software update since then, so I'm not sure if the problem was addressed or if it was just a one time fluke. Also, when we got the dishwasher delivered, it was a little banged up at the bottom. Not a big deal as it is purely aesthetic, but worth mentioning.
Overall, I am completely blown away by this dishwasher. It's impressive how clean my dishes can get, with little to no pre-washing, from a machine that is so quiet you can barely tell it's running! I am beyond amazed and completely happy with this dishwasher!

Quiet and Powerful

It looks very sleek, both inside and out, and is very simple to use. The hidden controls are very nice and easy to toggle between different modes. I love how the dishes are actually clean and dry when the cycle is done, it saves so much time and effort from what I’m used to. Also, this dishwasher is extremely quiet, you won’t even know it’s running. I’m very impressed with this dishwasher and would certainly recommend it!

Much needed upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used our 2025 Samsung Bespoke dishwasher, model # DW90F89P0USRAA in fingerprint resistant stainless steel, for a little over a week now and it is a much needed upgrade to our old dishwasher! The sleek, handle-less design complements our kitchen very well. and completes our kitchen transformation.
We had a quiet dishwasher before, but this 38 dBA one is whisper quiet compared to our old one. You pretty much have to be standing directly in front of it to hear it running. This model has no handle, so it takes a bit to figure out how to apply the correct amount of pressure in the proper location for the auto-open door to function; but after that, it works flawlessly. In the event of a power failure, there is a tool that can be used to open the door.
This dishwasher has a 3rd Rack Washing System. It is smaller that what we have been used to, so if you use a lot of utensils, some of them will have to be placed into the Cutlery Basket in the lower rack. One other feature we really like is the cup wash area. There is an individual nozzle for each cup or glass. This area can hold 6 coffee cups and 6 glasses. There are also several dedicated areas for washing wine glasses.
This dishwasher has 9 wash cycles plus Self Clean, but we have only used AI Wash and have been very happy with the results from this cycle. There is a Smart Dry with Auto Release function on the door. After using the Smart Dry feature, which uses an internal heater to dry the dishes, the door automatically opens to allow further drying. We like the Smart Dry feature, but you have to select it every single time you run the dishwasher.
The Samsung SmartThings apps works well with this unit and allows many functions from your phone.
Overall, we have been very happy with this dishwasher. One area of concern for us is that the 120V power cord hooks up to the unit in the front left corner as opposed to most models with the cord in the back. The cord runs along a channel to the back from there to hook up to the electrical outlet. Unfortunately for us, the cord is slightly too short and we had to do some electrical modifications to plug it in. We wish that the cord was attached in the back, giving us the length that we needed.
Overall, we are very happy with this purchase!

A Major Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In context we had a very very old dishwasher that did it's best when cleaning (not very well) and seemed to get loader with every wash. Sounded like it had its own thunderstorm going on inside. I knew whatever we got was going to be an immense upgrade but I didn't know how far this would go.
With the three dish washing racks I feel like organizing is even better which gives more attention to each individual items cleaning process. We put our pots, plates and utensils at the bottom, our bowls and cups on the second rack and our spatulas with lid cups at the top. I used to never include lid tops in my old dishwasher so I am so happy it now has a place to be cleaned without it getting thrown everywhere in the process.
I think the sound level is the biggest selling point of this machine. I have never had a dishwasher be this quiet. At most it sounds like light scratching on a door if the whole house is quiet. With a tv going or just regular family noises you honestly can not tell that it's washes dishes. When we first installed it I had to keep checking my app to see if it was prewashing or washing (you really can't tell a difference).
The second best feature is the auto-release door! Truly innovative! It was a constant reminder on the old dishwasher to "open the door, open the door, dont forget to open the door" when it was done with a cycle otherwise you'll deal with very wet dishes and a few towels to go through to dry them. The auto-release helps our busy minds and helps witht he remaining process of making the dishes ready for shelf. It won't completely get rid of all the water but it's still a lot better than what I am used to.
The third most amazing feature is the lights. Thank you to whoever thought to install lights. Not only can it double as a night light in the kitchen but when my brother sneaks his dirty dishes in the middle of the night he doesn't need to turn on the big kitchen light to see since the inside has a perfectly bright light to use.
I am so happy that our kitchen has come together and now looks beautifully cohesive. The stainless steel look now matches our Samsung fridge and Samsung oven making it look like a complete set.
Would also like to mention that I feel like I can fit double the amount of silverware now than before yet still having room for pans, bowls and plates. Magic? I think so.
